Crystal Pool Service Los Angeles is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our customers . Below is what we are doing to help in fighting COVID-19:
- Masks are mandatory and worn at all times by all employees.
- If we’re experiencing any flu-like symptoms, we will call to let you know why we aren’t showing up to work – to keep our customers safe!
- We never have to enter the customers home to service or make repairs unless the equipment or the pool is indoors (which we’ve never encountered). If we needed to we would only do so with permission from the owner. We would keep our masks on, wear gloves and disinfect the area when we left.
- Some troubleshooting can be done over the phone. We’ve even helped customers reboot their system with FaceTime.
